I don’t think that mankind and our society have been making progress. Science, technology and industrialization are never provided what we really need. They have nothing to do with our inner emotions and happiness.A tree, a drop of water, and a grain of sand are, in my point of view, more advanced and eternal.
We have thought too much in a circle about money, love, right, knowledge, position and so on. But we have no time to think about the real purpose of our life. Perhaps only the real art can bring us out of this circle.
The real art tells about the own thinking of the artist. There is nothing to do with exhibitions, agents, money, markets, fame and position. The art would not be pure when ithad a relationship with all of these mentioned.
In my opinion, the so-called art style is actually a compromise with the market and agents. The art style should be naturally formed rather than passively formed by the demands of markets and agents. It cannot be a simple summary of the appearance of the art works, but the continuity of the artist’s inner pursuit.
